I took 65 vacation photos on my DSC-S85 today and then got the C:13:01 error code. I downloaded the free PC Inspector File Recovery program as mentioned in a previous post (above by "Luc"). I inserted the memory card into my generic card reader and ran the ..... I returned the camera to the Sony service centre in Pencoed, South Wales and it came back with both defects repaired.
